Privacy Notice
This notice explains what Ancho Solutions LLC, operator of EverlySong (“we” or “us”), does with information about you: what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. What we collect
What you give us at checkout: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and payment details. The payment details go straight to our payment provider and are handled there. Your name, email address and phone number are saved as you type them, before you place the order, so that we can help you finish an order if something goes wrong.
Your song answers: the answers you give about the person your song is for, such as names, memories and other details, plus your genre and voice choices.
What your visit records: your IP address, browser and operating system, the page that sent you here, and the pages you opened.
What you write to us: if you email or call us, we keep the exchange so the next person who helps you has the history.
2. What we use it for
To take your order and make, revise and deliver your song; to answer you about an order or a support question; to send the emails an order needs, such as confirmations, delivery and receipts; to prevent fraud and unauthorized payments; and to meet our legal obligations. We send marketing only if you opt in.
3. How songs are made
Your song is created from your answers using AI-assisted songwriting and production tools, then reviewed by our team before delivery. Your answers are processed by the service providers that run these tools, only to make your song. We do not use your song or your answers in our marketing without your separate permission.
4. Payments
Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. Your full card number and security code are never stored on our systems; they are encrypted and passed directly to the provider.
5. Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. Information goes only to the payment providers who complete your transaction, the service providers that make and deliver your song, the email provider that carries our order and support messages, and public authorities where a law requires it.
6. Cookies
The site uses cookies to understand how pages are used. It also stores the product you chose in your browser’s session storage for this tab, so the checkout page can preselect it; it is cleared when you close the tab. Your browser settings control cookies and storage, and you can delete them at any time. Blocking storage does not stop you from ordering.
7. How it is protected
We use encryption and access controls to keep your information from being read, altered or disclosed by anyone who should not see it. No system is perfectly secure, so we describe what we do rather than promise an absolute.
8. How long we keep it
Only as long as a purpose above still applies: delivering and revising your song, meeting a legal obligation, or settling a dispute. After that, the information is deleted or stripped of anything identifying.
9. What you can ask for
Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy. Write to support@everlysong.com and we will act on it.
10. Children
The site is not meant for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you tell us about a child in your song answers, we use it only to make that song.
11. Visitors from outside the US
We operate from the United States. If you reach the site from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
12. Changes to this notice
Any change appears on this page with a new date at the top.
