Every EverlySong purchase is covered by the same guarantee. This page explains how it works.
Our guarantee
30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy with your song, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
It covers every song and every add-on. For an add-on, the 30 days are counted from the day that add-on is delivered.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@everlysong.com from the address you ordered with, within 30 days of delivery. Tell us which order it is; you don’t need to give a reason. We confirm by email and send the refund to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear on your statement.
Revisions are optional
One free round of lyric revisions, requested within 14 days of delivery. If something in your song is wrong or not quite right, we are happy to fix it, but asking for a revision is never a condition of the refund. You can ask for your money back instead.
If we miss 30-minute delivery
If you paid for 30-minute delivery (the 30-minute song or the $40 upgrade) and your song is not delivered within 30 minutes of your order and your answers both being complete, email us and we refund the rush fee. You keep the song.
Before you contact your bank
Please write to us first. We can usually resolve a problem faster than a card dispute can. Charges appear as “EVERLYSONG”.
